Salisbury Fire Department

This evening the Salisbury Fire Department continued the proud tradition of swearing-in new members through a badge-pinning ceremony.

We also continued a right-of-passage for officers by recognizing excellence through promotional achievement with a collar-pinning ceremony.

A very special occasion in the SFD is the acquisition of 20 Years of service and being inducted into the "20-Year Club."  This evening was a celebration of all these traditions.

The following individuals were sworn-in as the newest career members of the SFD:

• Nick Nosbisch

The following individuals were sworn-in as the newest Acting Lieutenants of the SFD:

• John Dennis
• Andy LeCates

The following individuals were sworn-in as the newest Lieutenants of the SFD:

• David Bowling
• Richard Childers
• Doug Parker

The following individual was inducted into the SFD's 20-Year Club:

• Assistant Chief Joel McCroy
