C Shift recently participated in annual Confined Space refresher training. To maintain certification in confined space rescue, members must do one confined space entry a year. Crews assisted with re-certifying three members of the Confined Space Rescue Team, two from C shift, and one from E Shift. Members were lowered into a lower part of the training area from the mezzanine using the rescue tripod and winch. Members not performing entry assisted with belay lines, lowering members and helping members into confined space equipment. This yearly training not only helps members with their certification, but re familiarizes support personnel with their vital roles in the operations
