After the Fire Program on Nevins Place
Friday, March 21, 2014
The Salisbury Fire Department has a long-standing program whereby its members will saturate a neighborhood after it has been impacted by a fire, in an effort to make sure there are working smoke alarms in each home in the neighborhood. That tradition continued today as a fire in the Nevins Place area unfortunately damaged a home in that neighborhood last week. A total of 26 homes were visited.A total of 2 new smoke alarms were installed as well as 4 dead or dying batteries replaced.
