Salisbury Fire Department

During the exercise, crews utilized the SFD's "apartment prop" to conduct a rapid and thorough primary search in a dark environment using only hand tools - as we all learn in basic fire school.  Search crews were advised to find the three reported victims (hot packs) and encountered many obstacles while performing their duties.   Intuitively, this was to simulate a rapid search scenario in an actual fireground environment.  "Train like your life depends on it, because it does."
