Salisbury Fire Department

Last week, several members of our collaborative team of healthcare professionals presented at the National Mobile Integrated Health Summit in Nashville, TN.  This team of professionals is made up of Tidal Health and Salisbury Fire Department employees.  Their presentation “Enhancing Patient-Centered Care via Interdisciplinary MIH Teams” was well received and our MIH Program is one of the most-respected in the Country!
