Salisbury Fire Department

Nissan of Salisbury has taken receipt of the “Leaf,” Leading, Environmentally friendly, Affordable, Family car. This is an electric car that was introduced in Japan and the United States back in 2010. As an all-electric car, the Nissan Leaf produces no tailpipe pollution or greenhouse gas emissions at the point of operation, and reduces dependence on petroleum. With the existence of this vehicle in our area, the training division has set up several dates for our personnel to get a glimpse and overview, first hand.
