Deputy Chief Chris O’Barsky presented at this 2-day multi-faceted training and network event. His presentation, “When the Demons Control the Darkness” is his personal reflection on his journey into the darkness of depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and suicide. In addition, he discussed his continued journey of recovery and the ripple effect that his family has experienced.
