E1 arrived w/ smoke showing from a 40'x500' chicken house - the crews of Engine/Tanker 1-1 and Truck 2 assisted in an initial interior attack - fire was soon reported through the roof and interior crews were ordered to evacuate

a Tanker Task Force was requested by command bringing additional water and personnel from Pittsville, Powellville, Willards, and Gumboro

after a brief exterior fire attack and sufficient knock-down of the fire, crews re-entered the structure for overhaul operations

scene was left in the custody of the State Fire Marshal
